RFA-Rush Martial Arts is a community sports club and 1 of Ireland's top Martial Arts gym's, specialising in (MMA-Mixed Martial Arts) (Boxing) (BJJ-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) and (Wrestling) We incorporate Grappling and Striking techniques into our MMA Classes, The club is ran by experienced competitors in Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, K1 and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is open to the whole community and wider areas.
The club is also home of Rush Boxing Club and takes kids from 6 years up.
We are on the Whitestown road in Rush next door to the Texaco garage and there is a bus stop outside on both sides of the road.
We have trainee's and fighters at all levels and are open to people who want to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, K1, MMA or Boxing for Competition, Self defence or to get fit while learning martial arts in a fun safe enviroment
Paul Cowzer is the head coach and had a successful amateur Boxing background winning multiple Boxing titles at all levels from boy up to Elite level and represented Ireland on a number of occasions and was the Pro MMA Featherweight Battlezone Champion. he is also a qualified Personal trainer, Wrestling coach and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple belt which he got in 2010
Adam Caffrey is a qualified Wrestling coach and Blue belt in BJJ, Adam was the Man of war Amateur MMA Champion and was runner up in the All Ireland Boxing Novice Championships.
Glenn Bailey, Sean White, Roy Fitzsimons and Dereck Guildea all help coach the Boxing and are all Garda vetted
